Shipping
Most of our jewelry is made to order. Our typical production turnaround is 6–8 weeks. In-stock items will ship within 7 days of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships. We offer complimentary FedEx 2-Day Shipping on all domestic orders. All orders are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. We ship within the United States only and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Should you prefer a different delivery method please email info@jenniferdemoro.com so that we may update your shipping preferences.

Returns & Exchanges
We strive for customer happiness. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to try and make you happy.
In Stock Items
For a full refund on a piece purchased at jenniferdemoro.com, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, unworn and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is determined worn, damaged, or unsellable.
If you wish to make a return, please email info@jenniferdemoro.com and title the subject of your email "Return" with your order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.
Kindly note that sale items are final sale.
Made-to-Order and Custom Items
All custom, made-to-order, and bespoke pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Notes
Purchases made through outside retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Return request activity is monitored. Jennifer DeMoro Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns if excessive requests are made by the same customer.
Repairs
We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your piece requires repair within three months of purchase, we will gladly repair it at no charge. After three months, we are happy to assist; a quote will be provided based on the scope of the repair needed. For all repair inquiries, please contact info@jenniferdemoro.com.
