Due to the handmade nature of JENNIFER DEMORO Jewelry, all of the jewelry sold on our website is final sale. We will consider the resizing of rings and chain lengths on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at info@jenniferdemoro.com with your questions.

SHIPPING

All our jewelry is made to order. Our typical production turnaround is 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. We offer complimentary FedEx 2 Day Shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United States and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  An email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. All orders are insured. A signature will be required for delivery. Please email us at info@jenniferdemoro.com with any questions you may have about shipping options.

EXCHANGES

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@jenniferdemoro.com with your inquiry and we will provide you with specific instructions on sending your item for an exchange. Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. For any questions regarding this please email info@jenniferdemoro.com.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
