SHIPPING

Each Jennifer DeMoro piece is crafted with intention. Please allow 6–8 weeks for made-to-order designs.

In-stock pieces ship within 7 days of purchase.

All domestic orders are sent via complimentary FedEx 2-Day, fully insured, and require an adult signature upon delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each piece is designed to be worn, lived in, and treasured. Should something not feel quite right, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges within a considered window.

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging included.
  • All pieces are carefully inspected upon return. Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment, less a 10% restocking fee.
  • For exchanges, we are happy to accommodate a selection of equal or greater value, or provide store credit for future use.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are created with intention and specifically for you. As such, these pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All international orders are also considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

Purchases made through authorized retail partners must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s policies.

Return activity is monitored. Jennifer DeMoro Jewelry reserves the right to decline returns that do not align with the spirit of this policy.

 

REPAIRS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. If your jewelry requires repair within three months of purchase, we will gladly service it at no charge. Beyond this timeframe, we are happy to assist and will provide a quote based on the nature of the repair.
