RETURNS

Loving your new Jennifer DeMoro Jewelry is always our number one goal. Unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. All Custom pieces or Special Orders are final sale. A special ring size is not considered a Special Order. If you need a different size, please contact us. If you have any questions about fit/size before ordering, please contact info@jenniferdemoro.com  with any questions. If a Collection piece is not in stock on the website, and will be made to order, that is also not considered a Custom piece and is available for store credit or exchange. We are more than happy to provide any additional information or photos for you so that you will love your purchase. Thank you for your support.

SHIPPING

All our jewelry is made to order. Our typical production turnaround is 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. We offer complimentary FedEx 2 Day Shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United States and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  An email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. All orders are insured. A signature will be required for delivery. Please email us at info@jenniferdemoro.com with any questions you may have about shipping options.

EXCHANGES

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@jenniferdemoro.com with your inquiry and we will provide you with specific instructions on sending your item for an exchange. Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. For any questions regarding this please email info@jenniferdemoro.com .You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
