Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production time. Custom orders, may require a longer production time dependent on the nature of the piece. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled or returned.
All online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx and will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $10 for US domestic shipping and $25 for all international shipping. If you would like an overnight delivery method, please email us at email@example.com. Please note that additional charges will apply for overnight, rush orders.
All orders shipped within the state of California will incur a 9.0% sales tax charge.

Due to the handmade nature of Jennifer DeMoro Jewelry, all of the jewelry sold on our website is final sale. We will consider the resizing of rings and chain lengths on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to email@example.com with your inquiry and we will provide you with specific instructions on sending your item for an exchange.
Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. For any questions regarding this please email firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that only JDJ pieces will be repaired.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
